The Puleo Vega destemmer-crusher is suitable for the destemming and crushing of grapes, and respects the integrity of the berry to ensure maximum quality. The Vega has a range of innovative details available, including control panel, easy inspection and maintenance and a crusher with rubber rollers.

- Possibility to regulate the eccentricity of the destemmer shaft in relation to the holed cage.

- Wide range of holed cages available, both in AISI 304 stainless steel and in Polyethylene
- Structure entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel with increased thickness
- Feeding hoppers (TS)
- Cage and destemmer shaft with increased length to ensure a more refined destemming action
- Guides for holed cage and bearings are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Destemmer shaft equipped with stainless steel pegs and adjustable rubber paddles on the extremity.
